Which interfaces does CLAMPBOOSTER use to communicate with the robot?
Communication is analog / digital or via Profinet.
How long does it take to install the CLAMPBOOSTER?
The CLAMPBOOSTER must be installed once on the vise.
To do this, the appropriate docking plate for the vise is screwed on (two screws on the front of the CLAMPBOOSTER), the appropriate spin socket is attached and secured with a pin. This takes no more than approx. 15 minutes.
How is CLAMPBOOSTER powered?
It uses an electric drive.
Is the torque variable?
Yes, it can be set between 5 Nm and 100 Nm.
How is the torque absorbed?
The torque is transmitted directly to the vise via the docking plate and two dowel pins. There is no transmission of force to the robot arm.
Which requirements must the vise meet?
The vise only needs to have two dowel pins placed on it.
How is remote maintenance conducted?
The CLAMPBOOSTER must be connected to the network (LAN or WLAN). However, access to our after-sales service is only possible after consent from the customer.
What does our after-sales service include?
Our after-sales service includes support for implementing the CLAMPBOOSTER and for carrying out software updates.
